"I've never had a confident relationship with a doctor or dentist before Modern Touch. Always jumping from place to place, I noticed doctors usually would get you in and out and not really care about the patient as a whole. Dr Kaus addressed all my issues from the beginning and is now working on each individual task separately to ensure thorough and efficent treatment. I can speak to her like a human being, one on one, and be heard. She answers my questions and respects my decision if it differs from her suggestion. Usually, doctors don't care about your personal opinions, feelings or decisions but I feel like I was given accommodating options and the freedom of choice at Modern Touch. She also works with you on billing issues and change of insurance, so long as the office accepts your provider. If not, they have no interest loans provided by Lending Club and other lenders. Like I said, I can always talk to her about my concerns and somehow she will find a way to make it work. Currently, I am at the end of my Invisalign treatment and am extremely satisfied with the results. No other dentist has pushed me to improve on myself and encouraged a high self-esteem before Dr. Kaus. I gave up on my smile and did not care about my teeth so long as they weren't falling out or riddled with cavities. I was very content with the bare minimum of a yearly check-up, bi-yeearly cleaning and necessary filling here and there. Dr. Kaus saw this and literally asked me why I was OK with the bare minimal upkeep. I really had no answer for her. Now, my smile is strong and straight. I'm about to get a tooth crowned that I recently just had a root canal on and then we're whitening and brightening my new smile! All within 3 years."
