"I would’ve give this place 0 stars because the staff there are rude, disrespectful and do not pay attention to how you want your haircut especially people with disabilities.. I would never go there again. Mary Jo was very helpful and understanding. it was a gentleman who cut my hair. My experiences there have been pleasant up until my last haircut"

"I got a wash and a cut. No one was in the place so I figured I’d at least get full attention for my service. The stylist was very nice but he talked the WHOLE time, he was just holding pieces of my hair in his hands as he spoke, probably not knowing if he already cut them or not. Pulling the hair of my crown all weird directions and cutting. I am always asked where I part my hair when I get a cut- he didn’t ask me. When he finished I asked “ IS IT EVEN?” He replies of course it’s even. I get home and look in the mirror and I can’t find ANY parts of my hair that are even!!! I am so annoyed because that’s literally the only thing I asked for. Now I have to waste my time going back tomorrow since I opted for SC in a rush due to an event tomorrow. Really upset and I will not be returning to this place ever again- ever!"
