"This firm has been good in years past, but this year they did not do my taxes on time, so they had to file an extension, and then they sat on my taxes for another 3+ months - I had to call 6 times during that period to pester them to finish them. Then I was still charged full price for their services, even after i explained to the admin that I did not have a positive experience with them this year - she had no interest in making it right with me."
