"This is the first time I've ever left a review online but I have never experienced such ridiculous and negligent care at any other medical office in my life. This was my second visit to this practice and I thought I was at the wrong place because of the fancy new office. After my first visit, I consented to a standard SRP after a discussion with the dentist and the office coded the procedure as a surgery, which my insurance denied. No answers from the office as to what happened after calling them multiple times. Then on my second visit, I was greeted by friendly staff and an extremely sweet hygienist in the fancy new office (which is highly effective in getting people in the door). Then the dentist, Dr. Artin Sakhaee, came in. Worst bedside manner I have ever seen. He denied me a standard SRP and said I only had the option of doing laser out-of-pocket. When I told him I couldn't afford it as a student, he suggested I take out a LOAN -- FOR A DENTAL PROCEDURE. He said to come back when I was ready for the laser and gave me no alternate options. I'm now being told by my insurance that the office sent out an authorization for bone surgery, which I did not discuss nor consent to. Be aware of your rights as a patient in this office because it seems they're offering unnecessary out-of-pocket procedures while being negligent in failing to offer alternatives or options any other office would have provided, while also billing for incorrect and expensive procedures through Medicaid."

"Dr. Sakhaee has been the dentist of my family since 2019 and we do had a lot of teeth issues! From regular cleanings to major procedures, we saw him many times over these years. Here’s my take: 1. He is very professional and straight-forward. 2. Having seen other dentists in the past, it’s evident that he is very knowledgeable, competent, and experienced. He is truly careful and his treatments are almost painless. I had root canals done by other dentists before, but his ones were the best. He takes time to do it. Each root canal was done in one day (excluding the crown, of course) over about 3 hours with multiple breaks in between. Unlike most dentists, he did not just jump in to the process right after he injected the oral anesthesia. He took a break for it to start working. Also, he took 10 min breaks when my jaw was hurting during the long process. He has multiple rooms with the seats in his office. It allowed him to see other patients while I was having those little breaks. Pretty smart time-management, win-win for everybody. 3. His office also provides emergency appointments and is open 6 days/week except Sundays, which is greatly helpful. I was able to schedule one of those urgent appointments for myself in less than 12 hours. 4. Neat and clean office with latest equipments which makes the experience more comfortable. 4. Almost everyone in his staff is also very nice."

"TOTAL SCAM! I did a regular checkup and a cleaning which was done in less than 5 min. I was suggested to do a deep cleaning. Moreover, I was scheduled for a root canal and when I sat down they said my tooth is really bad and they have to charge $800 out of pocket because it is a lot of work and the insurance doesn’t cover it. Find a better dentist, this guy is a greedy scammer."

"The worst experience, thè disrespectful doctor. Only want ur money. They did a Root Canal in One session which was not even needed and then wanted me to pay out of pocket $300 while already charged my insurance for $2000, the next week he put the cover without using any cement which came out to the mouth. Its been 3 months and my tooth is now hurting which he did ăn unnecessarily root canal."

"Please stay away from this guy. Dr Artin Sakhaee is not honest. I lost 3 teeth because he did a Root Canal on two connecting teeth that he wasn’t supposed to do then wanted me to pay. He also did another Root Canal on another tooth and even though my coverage would pay for it he refused to finish because he wanted me to pay out of pocket he is a lier and a rip off artist. He left the tooth open and it erupted all 3 had to be pulled. Please stay away. He does unnecessary Root Canals then charges $3000 to complete the process. And he’s always on vacation, never got back in touch with me each time I went in and asked him to send paper work to my insurance company it was never addressed this went on until the tooth erupted and all 3 had to be pulled. STAY AWAY IF YOU VALUE YOUR TEETH AND GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING. HE DON’T CARE ABOUT YOU JUST YOUR MONEY TO KEEP HIM ON HIS MORE THAN ANNUAL VACATIONS. Never let him do a ROOT CANAL. . G. Goldston"
