"For service I would give 5 stars however I want to be honest. The wait time is terrible. there is no direct number to get in contact with the office instead you are directed to a call center. even the wait to speak to someone at the call center is about an hour. The dentists here are so good I was willing to bear the wait however with my most recent experience I cannot. I called in and waited an hour to speak to a call center representative I explained to them that I need a follow-up from my last appointment as well as having a cracked fill in which is causing me a lot of pain. yes (I know that have an emergency walk in however because I'm a walk in they're only going to address the issue that is causing me pain I then will have to miss work again to get another appointment) at the end of the call the representative tells Me that I would receive a call back within 3-5 days. Two weeks went by and no call back so I decided to call again. I explained my issue again and let the representative know that I never received a callback. the representative was very apologetic and told me that he would put in the. notes to expedite the callback. here we are another 2 weeks with no appointment, no callback, still have a cracked filling, and still in pain. there's no way to appreciate good service if you cannot even receive the service. at this point, I will no longer use this Dental office."
"I’ve been here since 9am its 1:13pm!! 5 hours and still no care it’s horrible !! They forgot to tell me there’s only two walk in doctors !!! You can’t get an appointment because they aren’t available until March so I have no choice but to wait !! I wish when I called they would of informed me well about the whole process .. I would came in the afternoon instead I worked 12hrs over night came straight here assuming maybe in two hours I’ll be seen!! only to wait 5hrs for a broken tooth and extreme pain nobody else was crying but me I thought they would of prioritize depending on the severity of the situation"
"I am surprised it is two stars. But I am glad with the service. Our original dental turned us down but We were not turn down by this hospital. It offers Full service. There are highly qualified dental surgeons there, and there are also some 5 stars reviews, I decided to support my neighborhood hospital to keep it from closing. I am not regretting at all. My Mom is 90 year old, minority, have hearing lost and does not speak English. The front desk receptionist is very busy. She let us know she will take care of us when this is our turn. Yes, she is loud but it's ALSO a lot of patients were difficult to deal with, don't have paperwork ready, on the cell phones, etc...while the front desk were helping them. So let's be fair about it. Give respect first. Have paperwork, ID care and insurance ready. When it's our turn, she asked what language we need translation. There is a poster with different country flags and we point at it. So,she is able to register quickly. Most of the front desk can speak English or Spanish. If something else you get help with a tele translator. Once we are registered, the x ray technician called us right on time. It has a 360 round x ray machine. So it's quick and easy. She was tall and was very kind. She told Mom to take her time because my Mom hardy can walk. Then the technician took us to see the oral surgeon Dr. Cheung. Because we brought all my Mom paperwork 1. primary care lab test 2. pharmacist records and 3. primary dental records ( her dentist referral her out to Jamaica hospital for surgery), 4. Surgery referral letter, Dr. Cheung was able to determine my Mom condition is clear to pull her teeth. He also explained the after care do and don't and follow up visits with the help of the virtual translator. We follow his instructions and extremely careful not to contaminate the dressing and change dressing as instructions. My Mom recovery only took 2days with minimal pain and almost no bleeding after 3 hours. This hospital staff are busy and they showed cares for the elderly patients. Please understand they are busy and just wait your turn. When you give respect you get respect back, usually. By the way, make sure you put your name on the card the dentist gave you to give to the front desk. Sometimes they are too busy or got distracted when we ask questions. So I will definitely make sure like the diamond ring to have my name on it. Thanks from the Leung's family"
"I had an amazing experience with the my dentist. The staff was good but can be a little more attentive but that's just me nit picking. My dentist Soleimanian, E had hands of God. I hate going to the dentist or the doctor because of needles I can't stand needles I faint soon as I get a shot. This dentist made sure to numb the gum area so I don't feel the poking during the shots and then after that I felt no pain at all with the injectins and the extraction. I'm at my 3rd day and no complications with the socket and no after pain. Wait time is long for sure but worth it if your in pain and emergency situation. The front desk staff is quick and made sure to let me know how many people ahead of me. The place is clean The equipments are not the latest and greatest but for emergency it can be what's needed. Overall for emergency I would go there for sure but please try to be there early as possible If waiting is not on the menu for you."
