"I’m an 80 year old. I called and asked if they accept my insurance and they said yes. So I scheduled an appointment. I took 2 buses to get there and they told me the Do Not take my insurance. I said I called and you said you did. 300 cash only for extraction. These jerks play Bait and Switch. No consideration for old people traveling on a bus being lied to just to squeeze money from us. I left and went to Jamaica hospital. Stay Away from these Thieves !"

"A scam. They told me to send them a Pano X-ray and that they can pull my wisdom tooth. Once I arrived the dental assistant tried to upsell me and wanted me to pay for out of pocket $400 for a CT scan. Also, I been to two other dentist office’s that quoted $2k for implant per tooth and this office told me $5k per tooth! I told him I didn’t come for a consult and needed my wisdom tooth pulled due to pain. Advice: don’t lie to potential clients over the phone about procedures and try to consult them to upsell. Smh SCAM SCAM SCAM They refused to help and won’t even prescribe medication to slow down the infection. TERRIBLE"

"My daughter had severe pain from a tooth that needed to be pulled. When I initially called I asked what my co-payment will be. When I got there the receptionist stated she couldn't get through to the insurance but it should just $100. Than the other receptionist started to put my chart together, when my daughter got into the chair I overheard the receptionists on the phone with their billing department stating I have to be charged additional $122.00 and they stated for X-rays. I already had my own X-rays, One from a hospital, two from her dentist. Than they proceeded to speak in their language and mock me. One of the receptionist was on speaker phone with a gentleman and he became hostile and told her to tell me I can go elsewhere after they already took my money. This is a form of harassment and fraud. I will be contacting the BBB about this matter. They are in a predominantly black and Latino area so I could imagine that they think they could take advantage. Also the doctor did advocate for them to give me back my money if I had my own X-rays they disregarded what he said. Eugene was also excellent."
