"Physicians & Staff were fantastic....HIGHLY recommend"
"Dr Chaudhary and his team are caring, loving and highly motivated toward helping their patients. I’ve had no such confidence in any other doctor, team and facility. Thank God for this group!!"
"Dr. Kopparthy and team are all very thorough and dedicated. The entire oncology team provided both consistent and cohesive ongoing care with compassion and excellence. Labs were completed and analyzed with lightning speed. The facility is very clean and accommodating. Nursing staff are very warm, friendly, and skilled. One improvement would be to better prepare and educate the role(s) of primary caregiver who like me might be a dedicated, caring loved one but not necessarily a trained or qualified medical professional. A more direct way to reach a doctor or NP after hours would be ideal. When an unexpected medical situation at home turned critical, the oncology team responded and provided proper guidance but within a short time was quick to form an opinion that was not objective but quite the opposite. Placing doubt or casting suspicion on the actions or perceived inaction of the primary caregiver (significant other - me) from afar was not just unfair, it was without all the facts and in my opinion unnecessary, wrong, and poor rush to judgement. Medical professionals should not let emotions impede their ability to analyze, manage, and provide sound reasoning and counsel but are also humans, understandably, and without doubt had the patient's best interest at heart. And so did I. The dark shadow that was cast unfortunately added unnecessary stress to both the patient (my significant other) and primary caregiver (me) in what was already a super stressful situation coupled with unknowns and for a time uncertainty. The overall outcome now is very positive and we are both grateful to WakeMed Oncology and Wakemed ER. Thank you! My significant other has recovered and continues to be in good spirits, energetic, and strong with an excellent prognosis and is smiling again!"
"After a few hiccups, everything has settle down and progressing. I’m seeing the folks on Sunnybrook Road. Staff is excellent and professional. The center is clean and well taking care of."
"The entire staff from check in, the MA the phlebotomist to the Doctor himself they were all amazing! The moment I walked in they were nice, caring, professional but approachable I was a person not a number. The Doctor even talked on the phone with my daughter, who lives out of state, to explain the visit details with her. Thank you to everyone there."
