"This place was a living nightmare! The "stellar" google reviews must be fake. I've never been treated so unprofessionally. Not only did I have to wait hours for my appointments (this happened twice!), his overpriced "treatment plan" was inaccurate and caused me to have a serious infection. I feel sorry for the people who work here. I should have paid attention to the bad reviews on this place. Oh, and he's scamming the insurance companies. A shameless slob of a dentist."

"Average at best. The receptionists have improved but the wait time is unacceptable. You wait to be called into see the dentist then you wait for the dentist, then you wait more because the dentist is seeing at least 5 other patients aside from you. Minimum time spent there for one thing is about 1-2hrs. I have had a few things done from them and I think they messed up my mouth and teeth. I have more issues now then I did before I went there. I only continue going because they have all my information and I like Dr. Dellas. She's decent. Lastly a dental assistant who was calling patients was very disrespectful and borderline racist to a patient. Refused to pronounce her name correctly said "Wing" but her name was "Wang" and when the patient corrected her the assistant said "whatever!" Smh unacceptable."

"Used to go here before I switched dentists. Overall this review is based on cost, staff attentiveness, and wait times. In terms of wait times, if I scheduled an appointment for a certain time, it could be anywhere from 10+ min before they got around to me. Very crowded at times. Staff had conversations amongst themselves at times while in the chair, weren’t as attentive or empathetic as you’d expect them to be. Also felt like I was being overcharged at times for certain procedures. The quality of the work overall was good. Went in one time to have a wisdom tooth extracted and was actually in and out in under half an hour and no pain. Not a bad place to bring kids as it seems oriented towards a family practice."

"Dr. Campbell is awesome! He does great work and takes great care of his patients. Got me back on track with my dental work and he's good at making sure the patient is always relaxed and pain free during your visit!"

"mixed feelings...the majority of the staff (receptionists and techs) fool around and have personal conversations in the hallways while patients and parents are waiting to be seen. That's a bit frustrating at times. So far, my kids have had good experiences with their dentist only because I keep in consistent and schedule with the same dentist. If you don't specify you will be scheduled with anyone available."
