"Despite undergoing multiple bone grafts and gum grafts under the care of Dr. David Chong, I've experienced persistent discomfort. Regrettably, my condition has not improved, and my face now exhibits noticeable changes due to excessive bone grafting near my nose. Before finalizing my implants, I sought second opinions from both an oral surgeon and a cosmetic dental surgeon, both highly skilled professionals. They discovered that the dental implant placed during the procedure is internally cracked and requires immediate replacement. What's distressing is the lack of disclosure about this issue and apparent attempts by Dr. Shim (who temporarily assisted in Dr. Chong's absence) to complete the procedure without my knowledge. According to these specialists, the original procedure lacked the necessary skill and proper tools, contributing to the compromised implant. This revelation has left me deeply disappointed and questioning the professionalism exhibited during my treatment. Unfortunately, based on my recent experiences, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend your dental services. Trust forms the foundation of any doctor-patient relationship, and my recent experiences have left me with profound doubts in these areas.
