"Lovely practice! Love Dr. Siegel. He’s caring and thorough. Took 2 stars off because I made a same day cancellation due to work obligation and was charged $75 since my appt was booked with a hygienist. (I tried texting because I found out on Saturday but office was closed. So I called early Monday morning and I was told that I should’ve left a voicemail; I never confirmed the appointment via text). Flexibility is important for me as a full-time working mom and I barely cancel my appointments (this is the first time I have cancelled since being a patient of theirs since 2018). Retrospectively speaking, i could have been a no-show and not pay anything since I never signed a contract that agrees on being charged for cancellations. Office manager is sweet but could’ve waived it so I’m just here sharing a bad experience with a policy that’s not stated on their website so people are aware! Just fyi, I called back to confirm cancellation fee was $75 vs $25 in other places and she stated if appt is with a hygienist, cancellation fee is $75 and that it is more if it was with the doctor. *tears* Kathy, if you are reading this, I wish you could’ve waived my fee! ):"

"I came to this practice because I had a toothache, I scheduled an appointment over the phone and it was easy however because I was in so much pain I accidentally went on the wrong day!! Martha I believe is her name noticed my mistake and we laughed about it and she was able to squeeze me in even though I was wrong. All of the staff was very kind and friendly and professional the Doctors were also awesome and they all seemed to have a good time with each other and with the patients. They are willing to work with you and go above and beyond to insure you’re comfortable and well taken care of. I will be back for all of my dental needs because I appreciate their service."

"I moved recently and I’m so thankful to have found such a wonderful office. The staff and dentists are incredibly professional, warm, caring—and funny! I always feel welcome here and they handled my deep cleanings and wisdom teeth extraction like pros. I’m on day 3 of my extraction recovery and I feel so much better, and was so impressed and relieved by Dr. Silverman’s philosophy of “less is more” regarding painkillers.
