"Horrible customer service, will never be able se them again. First our representative Adelana messed up my wife's Greencard form up so it got returned and wasted time then after another four months of asking where our returns were she told me it's not her job to worry about where my returns are and for me to figure it out after I paid her 175 dollars for her services. Then after complaining and getting an aditude from her she finally got the IRS and got my wife on the phone and was unprofessional and con condescending to my wife while on the phone with the IRS. Never will I use such a unprofessional business like this again."
