"I’ve been using DGA for a few years to file my tax returns and this will be the last. Sent over my signed e-file and paid invoice. Assumed they got all of that, but they didn’t say and come to find out when I asked about my return, they didn’t e-file my returns because they didn’t see the emails I sent or the paid invoice. Now, I’m waiting another 3-5 weeks on even receiving my return due to their incompetence. All I got was an email saying they apologize for the delay."

I know that it is human nature to only leave reviews when something bad has happened, but I think one should give praise when praise is due, and they couldn't have been nicer or more understanding."

"We used Jack's services for a few years and with each passing year Jack dropped the ball more and more. His errors cost us quite a bit of money. Jack failed to offer a reasonable explanation when questioned on his errors. He did apologize but that didn't cover the costs of his egregious mistakes. To make matters worse he did a re-file on our recent taxes and failed to notify us that he did the refill and that we owe more money than his previous return. Extremely unprofessional. Needless to say we have terminated our Clint relationship with him and his firm."
