"Unfortunately it wasn't good. My eyebrows came out badly and I had to redo them at home, which defeats the point of getting them done. Also, was an awkward experience in general...I don't need my hand held but if the brows are going to come out bad and it's going to be weird + a long wait, I'd rather just stay home."

"DO NOT GET LASHES DONE BY THEM, i had the worst experience ever, all my lashes are gone by the way! i’ve never ever had a problem with lash extensions until i came here, one of the ladies literally uses the lash glue all over your actual lashes and is really rough with it, when i left the lashes kept poking my eye for days it was extremely uncomfortable, i got bumps on my eyes from whatever she used, waking up with red eyes, when i finally got them off cause of the discomfort the person couldn’t save any of my lashes. that’s how bad she’s messed them up. so DO NOT GO HERE."

"Terrible customer service. Olivia is rude and doesn’t care about her faithful customers. She’s quick to turn you away like she doesn’t care. On top of that, we are in a pandemic and she obviously can’t wear a mask when threading but she’s having conversations on the phone while doing that. Talk about all the saliva falling on your face while getting your eyebrows done. Place is unprofessional!"

"They do the eyebrows however they want and don’t listen to how you want it. They use to be good at it but idk maybe they got lazy. I wanted my eyebrows full, it’s been month’s since I got my eyebrows done and now they are really skinny. I have to let my brows regrow again. You guys need to listen to you’re customers. And wash you’re hands when you’re done with each customers. I wouldn’t be returning here ever again."

"Their service was terrible. I walked in and I was waiting for so long. and I was paying attention and the lady kept stopping to check her phone. not professional at all! I spent about 6 months growing out my eyebrows to the perfect thickness that I wanted it and I specifically told the lady I just wanted her to shape them up. but she absolutely ruined my eyebrows. She thinned them out so bad. its my birthday in two days and this Is an absolute disaster. im never returning to this place!"
