"They claim they open at 10 but I was there since 9:28am today , exactly 10am I called no answer , 10:15am store still closed ,10:28am I called and the owner claimed is opened while I’m standing right in front of the store that’s closed . Please you’re doing business try to be professional and punctual it counts a lot . Also I did my eyelashes, 2 days time, my right lashes all came off so I was going there for them to fix that one but to no avail . This’s from a honest customer no jokes"

"You get what you pay for. It’s cheap but a unsanitary. I watched one of the ladies put her, finish doing someone’s else eyebrows and lashes, put her finger in her nose and tried to see the next person without even trying to wash her hands or use sanitizer until being asked. No mask even though she was sick. If you’re short on cash and need your eye brows done sure but otherwise find somewhere else."

"Absolutely no professionalism!!! This place does not adhere to the posted business hours. Please be advised that they open and close when they please. Don't be like me and rely on them to do your lashes before your trip. Whether you make an appointment or not, they will leave you hanging and not inform you of any change in operating hours. They should do better and learn to respect people's time!!! They just lost a very loyal customer that referred lots of clients to them."

"My mother and I always go to this eyebrow threading parlor. We went to their previous location and now this one. The ladies do a good job at doing what we ask for— a clean, thick brow. I recently tinted my eyebrows there and was super happy with the result! They could be a bit more welcoming, but I’m fine with the short communication so long as they continue to do a good eyebrow thread/ tint!"

"I have been coming to this eyebrow shop for over 3 years now. Never really had an issue with the outlook of my eyebrows. Until now. My sisters eyebrows were thick until a lady did her eyebrows. It actually took two employees to do her eyebrows and took more than 35 minutes."
