"Never coming back here they did the exact opposite of what I asked, I wanted a haircut that would give me volume and I wanted to keep as much hair as possible and I clarified this while providing photos but they literally thinned my hair out and cut at least 4 inches off. It looks nothing like the photo and my hair is now built like a deformed jellyfish now and I have to wear it in a clip until it grows back because it looks ridiculous. The price for the cut was cheap too, I should’ve known it was too good to be true."

"Highly satisfied with the service and quality of service. This was my moms go to hairdresser when we lived in norwood. While the staff has changed, they still provide high quality service at a reasonable price and offer excellent, respectful customer service. Although it is a bit of a trip for me to get there now, it is well worth it. Highly recommend their facility and service."
