"I had an appointment booked for today at 11:00 AM, I showed up ten minutes early and the driveway to enter the clinic was shut. I called multiple times and got no answer. I enter the front door, which is for another clinic and they say "maybe the dentist is closed today." At the minimum you should have called me to cancel my appointment, let me know the clinic is closed and update your hours accordingly. What a waste of time"

"Very unprofessional and rude staff. I was told on the day of my husband appointment over the phone & in the office I cannot speak to the doctor and they don't give out the phone number. They also kept telling me to contact the insurance for a referral since Dr. Jolly refused to give my husband a referral and said "she can't do it". When I went in to get his records they gave me a different patient xrays & they waited until I left to call stating " the doctor needs to take a look at the xray, I need to come back today it's a HIPPA violation". Last time I checked it is not my job to worry about HIPPA it's their's, so now I have another patients xrays instead of my husband, along with no referral due to a refusal of care. I will not be going back to get his xrays since a report has been made about the doctor, staff, and HIPPA violation. The don't even deserve a half of a star."
