"I broke my crown that was put in by another dentist. I visited Dr. DeMeireles and everything was repaired very quickly, almost same day (just had to wait for the new crown to come in). She was fast, thorough and very courteous. The customer service was wonderful. The pricing is very fair compared to other dentists. Dr. DeMeireles explained things very well, she was honest, she set fair expectations and did very good work. I am very happy with the work that was done and the experience that I had over two quick visits to repair the problem!"

"I needed to switch dentists after my insurance changed and found this office after doing some research in my new network. This office seemed to be the best of the lot. The first time I came in, I was greeted very friendly and the woman who took my X-rays was so nice and funny as well as the hygienist who did my cleaning. Very thorough. The following 2 times I’ve been there has been a completely different experience so I’m really not sure what to make of it. I wasn’t greeted at all. The receptionist as well as the Dr. completely ignored me as I went up to sign in. Dr. was very rude to her staff both times. Then no friendliness from the X-ray woman at all and I was told the Dr. would instead be doing my cleaning because the hygienist was at lunch. However, this happened again the third time I went at a different time and also to my boyfriend when he went in the morning. I waited almost 15 minutes in the chair after my X-rays for her to come in and she was out of breath and very rushed. It seems she’s understaffed as she is also answering phones, doing cleanings and being the Dr. She did my cleaning in under 10 minutes, which I have never experienced at any office in my life. I could feel her rushing and not being thorough like her hygienist was or any other hygienist I’ve been to. She’s an absolutely lovely woman and she does talk to you and ask about your life, which is nice, but the main priority is giving good care. You can’t be everyone so additional staff needs to be hired. If this is how cleanings are done, I’m a bit scared about needing any future work done! She was also ranting about a bad review she got recently and asking people to write good ones to help bury it. I’ve read numerous other reviews that cite the same problems so it’s not just me."
