"I had an incredible experience at the dentist's office with Dr. Julio Novello and his team! I had been experiencing tooth pain earlier in the week and the receptionist went above and beyond to try and accommodate me, despite the practice being fully booked. She kept me updated and called me as soon as an opening became available to ensure I was seen by Dr. Novello. When I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome and felt at ease right away from the whole staff. Dr. Novello was incredibly attentive to my concerns and took the time to explain everything that was happening during my visit. The staff was super helpful and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire experience. I truly appreciated the hospitality and care I received from Dr. Novello and his team. They went out of their way to ensure my visit was a seamless one. I highly recommend Dr. Julio Novello to anyone in need of dental care. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!"

"Went in today for a cleaning. The best front staff at a dental office I have encountered. Larry and Diane are so friendly and knowledgeable. The hygienist, Erica, was so professional, the process was enjoyable. Then Dr. Novello came in for an exam. Couldn't have been better at his trade.
