"I made an appointment weeks in advance, came to the clinic 5 minutes early, and then I was left waiting for 30 minutes. I never got to see the dentist even though I've been a previous patient but when I informed them at the 15 minute mark I was still waiting, they simply told me my dentist was still with a patient. However various patients who'd audibly told the receptionist they had appointments later than me yet already been admitted to see their dentists. No apologies or anything. Finally, at the 30 minute mark I just gave up and told them I'm leaving. There is no excuse for such a delay with no explanation. I'll have to find a new dentist."

"I’m sure the dentists here are well-trained and knowledgeable at what they do. I’m giving this rating because of their overall professionalism in which they did not provide clear coverage informations in terms of pricing. I simply don’t think they are all that honest. I was informed by one of their staff on the phone that i need to pay X amount of dollars for something i requested to be done. I confirmed with them on the spot hence i proceeded with the dental procedure. The hygienist gave me the financial/bill form to sign only when i was given anesthesia on the chair. The bill has a price of hundreds more than what i was told and confirmed by them and my insurance prior to the procedure. Before leaving the practice, i confront them and they didn’t give me a proper explanation why and then proceeded to charge me. They refused to clarify the charge and told me to look into it with my insurance. I sure did just that and it was still a huge difference. I submitted a dispute and took over 3 months to get any updates. The insurance was having a hard time communicating with the office staff as well. As if the practice is purposely stalling the situation. More months have passed, my insurance finally finalized everything and demanded the practice to give me a refund check. Overall, i don’t think they are all that honest so beware!!"
