"Caution and Warning!! I inquired about a cosmetic procedure (veneer). When he put it on my tooth the first time, the veneer broke off. The second attempt, it broke off again. He changed labs after that and put the veneer on for the third time from that new lab. This time, he did not put the veneer on properly. One side of my tooth was completely exposed. I complained to him when I went back to his office. He tried to convince me that everything was fine. I'm showing him where the error was, going back and fourth with each other, he just wasn't listening to me. Then he said that I was being difficult! Completely gaslighting me and insulting my intelligence. I sent him pictures of people who did the same procedure as me along with pictures of my tooth where he made the error. He told me that he supposedly "spoke" to 5 of his dentist colleagues and they agreed with him that there was nothing wrong. That turned out to be a complete lie. Then, he said he couldn't do my veneer over again so he offered to give me some money back. I paid $750 for the veneer he only gave me back $250. He just won't admit he was wrong and that he messed up. I spent 3 months going back and fourth to his office trying to fix my tooth and nothing got fixed because he doesn't know what's he's doing. Lesson learned"
