I’m actually very happy with the work he did on my wisdom tooth. Good dentist just needs to step outside his comfort zone."

"A one star review is a generous rating for such incompetence and apathy. I cannot express my disappointment strongly enough with the terrible service I received from the secretaries and front desk staff at this dental office. I had scheduled an appointment over two months in advance, only to have it canceled the day before. The reason? They claim that they don't check patients' insurance until the day before an appointment, although I specifically brought awareness to my provider and plan. Their nasty attitude was then matched lack of willingness to assist me in finding an alternative solution, so that I could keep the appointment that I had waited so long for. To make matters worse, my family members, who had been loyal patrons of this establishment for some time, also suffered from this dismal service. It's astonishing that an office can consistently provide such a poor experience. Steer clear if you value your time, sanity, and oral health."

"After multiple attempts to get the main secretary to complete simple requests in regards to my dental emergency, I was met only with disappointment. Even after an in person visit to the clinic to serve as a reminder to tasks I had asked to get done, they were unable to submit a simple referral to my insurance or email me my X-ray reports in a timely manner. Very dissatisfied with this type of response as I have been coming here for years and today I have been especially disheartened."

"I work at a dental office myself so I have a very good understanding of how everything works. I called to get my referral emailed to me. They don't keep records of their diagnosis. The notes aren't completed. The lady I spoke to was really rude and not professional at all. She had absolutely no idea what to do and how to treat patients. They charge you out of network fees even if you are in network."

She explained everything to me and gave me all the advice I needed to maintain healthy teeth! Dr Tasso, the owner, was also very friendly and was exceptional in his care. You can tell that this practice prioritizes patient care!"
