"Jess was my hair dresser for years, she even did everyone’s hair at my wedding! She was amazing but recently over the last year, her services have gone down hill. Be prepared to be double booked, with her going back and forth between you and someone else. Which ends in you being there for hours. It also made me wonder how professional she is, when talking bad about the client as soon as they leave her door, makes you wonder what is being said about you. Jess is great, if you have the time to wait, deal with the craziness that pops in and out of this shop(all random weirdos), and want to hear all the gossip in town. Also you aren’t allowed to cancel at all! Even if it’s 48-24 hours in advance! I was told I should’ve been charged a cancellation fee, which if was told at the time would have paid. Jess does good hair! Don’t get me wrong! If you have time and enjoy a good real life soap opera, this is the shop for you!"
