"I went to the office today, after a nearly 3 year absence to make an appointment for my daughter. The lady working the desk immediately walked away when I entered (she did acknowledge me by saying "one second"). When she came back, she asked how could she help me. I explained that I wanted to make an appt for my daughter who's been experiencing pain and discomfort for about a week now. While I am saying this, she is dialing a number into the phone and proceeds to focus on the phone call. I felt discrimination! I was there first but she chose to engage in the phone call which could have waited until I was done. I left. I will not be going back here."

"Dr.Cohen gets five stars, he is the man, an excellent Dentist, but his Receptionist is sabotaging his practice and gets a ONE! She makes appointments for her convenience and never calls back. I had to switch to another doctor because his Receptionist is evil. I think she has a family member who is a Dentist and she is destroying Sweet Dr.Cohen’s practice. We need to let him know of her doings!"

"Does anyone know if Dr. Cohen's office is still operating? My January 2021 appointment was abruptly canceled and I was told that I would be called with other dates to reschedule. That was the last I heard from his office. I've been calling since that week. The only greeting is the outgoing message. It's a pity because I've been seeing him for over 25 years."

"Horrible. I had an appointment but the doctor saw another patient because he was having a emergency so my appointment got pushed back. I was a little annoyed but totally understood people have emergencies . Now two months later I was in extreme pain and ended up having an infection, they refused to see me. I was in tears from the pain and the lady at the front desk continued to berate me about why didn't I come earlier. After that I promptly changed my dentist. Super small office and not the most updated equipment."
