"The receptionist was a little rude to me. I wanted to inquire about a veneer cosmetic procedure. It was my first time reaching out so I called to make an appointment and first thing she asked me was what insurance that I had. She said they didn't take my type of insurance. I said okay and she abruptly hung up the phone. She didn't even ask me why I was coming in or what was my situation. I was completely fine with them not taking my insurance because I know most insurances don't cover cosmetic procedures. I didn't like this experience at all. I felt dismissed. I would hope in the future you wouldn't make anyone else feel like the way I did."

He has been able to keep my teeth and gums healthy, and have avoided many of the problems that an individual of my age would expect. In addition his staff are both caring and accommodating.
