"I wouldn't recommend persons of color to this Dental practice after i called to make an appointment for initial screening and was told they didn't accept my insurance this was a lie my insurance assured me they did and called them to inform once I went to the office for the screening and xrays. No Dentist was actually on premises but procedures were being performed it took 2 hours for the xrays to be done and i had to wait furthermore they gave me 3 appointments on three separate occasions for the same follow up witch they canceled each time because according to them couldn't make it to the office because he was on Vacation why make the appointment. I don't recommend this Dental practice"

"I just called this office as recommended by my brother's health insurance. I was first told that they don't accept insurance, however, when I mentioned that I was given their location as a participating oral surgery location, I was told to hold on. I was then told that if my brother was were to get his extraction done there that he would have to pay $600 for membranes to be put in the area and a dental plug. When I explained that all he wanted was his extraction, I was then told that the oral surgeon doesn't take his insurance that only their dentist does and that I should reach out to his insurance again. I told her that I would call the insurance to inform them that they have inaccurate information about that location accepting insurance for oral surgery, the lady then said that that doctor in particular didn't take my brother's insurance. I will be calling the insurance company so they can clarify this for me. This is crazy because my brother is deathly afraid of dentists and everyone is trying to upsell him on every visit....SMH. They don't realize how hard it was to get him to finally get this procedure done. They are making this harder than it needs to be."

"I had a dental emergency over the holiday weekend and the dentist worked me in. He has great manners and care. Although I needed something that he was nor able to provide he connected me to the oral surgeon and scheduled me back in 2 weeks. I have an insane fear of dentist but he is the best!!"

"The most unorganized dental practice I’ve ever seen. One issue after the next. Staff will just make up reasons why they need to cancel. Cancels often. Takes weeks to get a return call sometimes. Dr has no bedside manner and is all about the money. Best advice... find a reputable and good dentist rather than one who just creates issue after issue. Also very risky, does not explain procedures correctly. Zero stars"
