"Came to my appointment on-time. Didnt see the dentist till abt 40 mins later. Dr. Maltz to be exact. Paint chipping off walls. Dirty chairs & old equipment. I was referred by my dentist bc i wanted my tooth removed immediately. Giving me an unsolicited contradicting consultation, abt how removing a tooth is permanent like … i know thats why im here… during the procedure he didnt use enough anesthesia/ numbing. Im crying & screaming during the service, he’s replying “ its just pressure “ … how if im TELLING you i feel pain.. thats crazy? I had to keep repeating myself for more of the numbing agent. I know anesthesia can get a bit tricky but ive had teeth removed in the past.. this was such a torturous experience and DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE to do there!!!"

"Tried calling multiple times during business hours with no answer, only to come to the day of the surgery to find out that they don’t accept my insurance with my doctor referral."

"Bad bad bad. Try to avoid this place. Staffs are too rude. You can not even asked a question to anyone about registering or anything, staff will come when they fill like to. Opppppp"

"Wait is always over an hour or two. Staff has too much fun at work and doesn't focus on patients. Doctor is often very reckless and is liable to turn your face into "Joker- from Batman". Be sure to carry an icepack for this bit of shaky work."
