"Employees are very nice. Office is very clean. They did my X-rays on what seemed to be a 3D machine, which was impressive. But the dental work was anything but impressive. Technician flossed my teeth. That was it. Oh, she also tried to sell me a tooth whitening treatment. I never was given the option to see a dentist."

"Very lousy service. My mom needed an extraction during the covid lockdown. Because our regular dentist Dr. Rafal was unavailable,he sent us here. The office here claimed that they take our insurance, but in reality, they don't. They demanded we pay $1800 for the extraction, and Dr. Randhawa said that she must do a bone graft as well, which was false. We were supposed to get back money from our insurance, but the office refused to submit the correct code to our insurance company, so we never got any reimbursement. The office was not accommodating, refused to work with our insurance, despite the fact that they said they take our insurance before we started the surgery. Update: the office contacted me and claimed that our insurance company Fidelis would have only covered $60 and that is all they can give me. That's not what I was told by Fidelis."

"They don’t care about your health. They just care about making money and billing your insurance. At their former location on Seaview, they tried to bill my insurance for some lessons they give children in caring for teeth. They also took photos with an expensive machine and billed my insurance who said it was unnecessary. They call asking for reviews and referrals but don’t even bother to remind you of cleanings. They don’t hire Americans to make sure they keep all the money for themselves. People who run businesses like this are leaches on society. It also takes so long to get an appointment for something simple like a cleaning. They overbook! Stay away! You deserve better!"

"I had a bad experience from day one, but continue going back for more. I paid $10,000 for two implants and I knew something was fishy because of the urgency to get me to take out the payment plan. The very first day of my appt Dr. Sasson filed my tooth which had nothing to do with the implant procedure and cause exposure of my gum. The implants were not straight and affected my bite and speech, he make up excuses for me why this is happening. Both implants were resting on the nerves of my gum very painful, Dr. Sasson used his SAW and CUT RIGHT ACROSS THE TOP OF THE IMPLANTS under my lips AND INTO MY GUM it bled and I screamed, he often said I am too sensitive to pains. The pain and bleeding continue for over two weeks and at my follow up Dr.Sasson was shocked that he cut into my gum instead of the implants that was resting on the gum. I feel I am the first and only patient who have had implants at his Avenue L office. I left worse then when I went to see him and I would never be seen there again. Lucia Hall."

"Horrible.if I could rate them no stars would be appropriate . They are given a F rating by the Better Business Bureau not accredited Business.They are scammers. They lie and coerce people into taking out loans for procedures they say my insurance doesn’t cover which was totally untrue. I had to file complaint on them which I went back and forth with them almost six months. My insurance sent refund check to NY Family Dentistry not entitled to. Again I had to fight back and forth with their payroll and customer service to get my money. The worse Dental office and experience I had to deal with. They need to closed down all their pop Offices . Wherever they located. Please don’t patronize their Businesses. Just walk on by fast!! Very unprofessional"
