"I am always a bit nervous at the dentist, especially the 1st visit, like today. Jasmine, at reception, is super warm & friendly. Efficient too. The office is very clean and well equipped. My teeth are super clean: thanks, Joe, that was totally pain-free. Actually, Joe might be the best hygienist I’ve ever had. Kind, caring, interesting to talk with but, above all, knowledgeable & competent. and I loved Dr Dan’s patient care. Conservative approach to a slightly broken tooth (leave it for now as it’s unlikely to be an issue). And advice about my clenching very in line with my prior, excellent, dentist in Singapore. Nice person too; very reassuring. So, I feel very comfortable continuing to come here, and my husband will shift here too."

I had an issue with an on-lay couple months ago that they did and they redid it no charge. Shes very sweet, polite and helpful. The hygienist Josue was very knowledgeable and gentle with my gums. He educated me on what I may be doing wrong with my routine and gave helpful suggestions on what I can do different. He also explained why I have discomfort and how to resolve it. Last but not least was Dr. Dan, he was just as friendly as the rest of the staff I met. He also took the time to demonstrate how helpful invisalign would be for me. I trusted his suggestion not just because he's a dentist but because he was using it himself. He showed me what it looked like and was able to share actual user experience.
