"I wish I could give them 0 stars. Start to finish was a terrible experience. I rang the bell and the woman there stares at me for an entire minute before deciding she would let me in. I greet her and she continues speaking on the phone. I ask for eyebrows and tint and she groans as though I asked her to do something other than her job. I then ask if she has colors for the tint and she ignores me and says sit. I assumed it was just a language barrier so I let it go. She barely threaded my eyebrows and then rubbed the tint all over. When I asked her to fix it, she told me “wait!” And proceeds to go turn the tv on and grab her phone. When I asked her to please hurry because I don’t want the dye to stay on the face, she ignored me again and walked to the back. When she finally came back, she rubbed it off extremely rough. When it came time to pay, her English magically was perfect when she asked for a tip! I looked shocked because she was nasty from start to finish but expected a tip! I doubt the entire staff is like this, but this woman should not work at that place if they want to get anything other than 1 star reviews!!"

"Went today and there was a man getting brows done and another person sitting and I rang the bell the worker refused to let me in .. smh. Maybe my race is unappealing to her or my beauty, LOL idk. I went 30 mins into Manhattan where I normally go to be treated with professionalism and human kindness. I do not recommend this place for anyone, they are trash!"
