"A new young dentist has taken over the practice and I like him a lot. DDS Bryce Ledner. Detail oriented and very professional. I came here for a chipped tooth and am leaving as a regular patient. Friendly office staff. They were flexible and able to accommodate my traveling schedule. They are also committed to providing continuity of care for the former patients of Dr. Latica Gregory. Can’t recommend Dr. Ledner highly enough."

"The craziest office/doctor I have ever dealt with in regards to billing. I received a bill for services which are usually 100% covered by my insurance, so I called to inquire with the office, of course they said I have to pay the bill. No problem, but first I wanted to verify with my insurance company regarding why I was billed for the first time in fifteen years for preventative care, especially since I had no cavities or dental work other than a cleaning/X-rays. The insurance says they will look into it and get back to me within 30 days. In that time period the office called and left me multiple voicemails, sent me multiple bills with hand written notes threatening my credit, and saying I need to pay immediately. Mind you the bill is for $66, easily payable, but as a patient I have the right to inquire why I am being charged for something that was routinely covered by my insurance for the last 15 years. The bill was not even received until months after the service date, so it’s not like it’s been outstanding for a a lengthy period of time. Then they’re telling me I lied to my insurance company and told them I took less X-rays than I did, huh? At this point in time, they probably spent almost as much on postage as the bill with the continual harassment. Avoid unless you enjoy being threatened daily."
