"Great tire place prices are very reasonable and the work fast, I change my 4 tires on my car and the had my car ready in 25 minutes"
"My family and I have visited this shop so many times with several cars. I have had a good experience here and that why I would usually come. However, today early morning I got a total different experience when visiting this shop. With all respect, thats due to an employee who doesn’t understand or know what providing a good customer service means. I received a nasty attitude from his end. I went to fix my tire. As soon as I arrived at the shop he was on his phone and not until I got off the car did he ask what did I need help on. My family and I were inside the car and all of a sudden the car dropped from the side that the tire was going to be fixed. When it dropped it went “boom” with a loud noise and we heard it from inside the car. We got scared since basically the car got dropped down unexpectedly. I don’t know if maybe the CAT got loosen up and that’s why it caused the car to just drop unexpectedly. I got off the car and asked the guy “what happened, did something break from the car”. Of course, as a client/customer I would ask that due to the unexpected sound I heard from the inside of the car. Since it’s my car I had a total right to ask. With a bad tone he said, you check then and see if something broke. His response and tone of voice was as if he got bothered to ask. He didn’t even get to do the job for what I came for. I had to go to another tire shop. I asked him why that tone of voice especially since it’s just the start of the day when I came to fix my tire. His responses were ignorant. He said that if “something would have happened to the car then he would have paid for it”. Like who says that ? Of course, he wouldn’t have. And if he or any one else is worried about their car then it’s logical to ask did “something break”. Many employee people instead of fixing just cause more damage to the cars. Not only myself but others as well experience this type of customer service with ignorant responses. This type of customer service shouldn’t be a continuous. Thanks and I was really surprised by the way I was treated since I didn’t experience this before at this shop. Well, the reason would be since I wasn’t attended by this employee before/back then."
"Found them on google. Great shop, I just needed my tire plugged because it kept losing air. In was in and out in 5 mins. Would recommend, and I will be returning."
"No appointment is needed. I did not have to wait. They did not have new tires for my car, but they had used tires in very good condition. Offer me to order new ones. But I decided to get used. Fast service, too. I'm definitely coming back."
"I recently visited this tire shop as I was occasionally losing air. I had a great experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and attentive, making me feel valued as a customer. The technician quickly found the nail that was causing the issue and fixed the problem, also put the correct air pressure back in the tire. Their pricing was very reasonable."
