"I wish I could give this place zero stars but I can't. I cannot stress enough how awful their service was and how poorly they treated me as a customer. This establishment should be avoided at all costs if you value your time, money, and sanity. I came in to get a simple tire patch and left with the worst headache of my life. They managed to mess up my wheels during the installation process. EVEN after i told the guy to please be careful, he told me don't worry I won't scratch them. It's truly mind-boggling how a tire shop, supposedly specializing in this area, could be so careless and negligent. My once pristine wheels now have scratches. Completely ruining the aesthetics of my car. What sickens me the most, was I'm a very polite person and do not disrespect people or yell at them. The elderly man, who was the Jewish owner of the shop, started to yell and blame everything on me even after his worker admitted it was his fault and he did it. Anyone with a BMW please beware don't goooo hereeeee."
