"Went to the shop when it opened and told the lady I would come back because I have to buy the hair, came back and she was doing someone else’s hair…she apologized and then had a child that did not know how to do passion twists do my hair. Less than 24 hours later, two twist proceeded to fall out at the airport while I was in TSA (how embarrassing). Then I went to get the two twist that fell out fixed at 12pm, she told me to come back at 3pm, I did. But then she told me to come back at 4pm and then 7pm. I used to like this place, but I will not be returning again. I recommend going somewhere more professional. Save yourself the embarrassment of your braids/ twist falling off in public (and your $300)"
