"Jane is the best I’ve been to a lot of different nail salons and I’m always disappointed with the results Not many people know how to do nails ! I’m glad I found her ! The pedicure girl are good but there’s room for improvement"

"Just went in today, first time at this nail salon. It’s an overall nice and clean environment. Staff was friendly, however I did have a bad experience here as a first time customer. I did my eyebrows $8 and the lady messed them up, and when she tried to fix it she claimed she didn’t do it/ didn't touch that area but clearly my eyebrows were messed up when I got there because I had taken before and after pictures. Furthermore, I won’t be mentioning names because I’m not trying to be a horrible person but at least have some decency people, you can’t stand around a client and then ask them for a tip, especially when you’re over charging customers for a simple pedicure where you don’t even get the quality of a proper pedicure. Overall a nice place staff is friendly but quality of nails aren’t what I had expected at all, and they ruined my brows and still charged me."

"Today, I went to this salon with two friends to do manicures and it feels very good. The store is newly renovated and beautiful and the owner is very enthusiastic. We love the manicures which are beautifully done and very happy and satisfied with the services provided!"

"I went to this salon since I was in elementary school - I am now 30 years old and will not be returning. New management raised prices, lied about long time staff members “retiring” and being on “vacation” when in reality they quit because of the new management. New management refuses to say it because they want to trick the loyal clientele into staying. My first time in the salon after the take over staff members were arguing with each other, failing to honor appointments, not writing down appointments, and just making it feel like a stressful environment. The services now feel rushed bc they are overbooked, the service is sub par because of the rushing and like I said - the price hike was absurd and sprung on loyal clientele out of nowhere. There was also a dishonoring of a promise to only charge old prices while the transition takes place. I will be seeking a new salon - hopefully following the remaining original employees."
