Hanty african hair braiding

"I went here and got knotless box braids& wanted curls at the end . I showed the picture and I ended up with super short knotless curls the first time. I just wanted to get out of there so It was whatever. It took extremely long to finish because while one did the back. The other had to finish top part of my hair.. The moment I got home my curls unraveled and look a mess so I text her and said I can come back etc... she said ok. So It took another two hours and a half to give me the length I ask for the first time and re curl . Had to call out of work bc I had no other time to do it. I explained to them mutiple times wetting the hair then using the curlers then re dipping is what caused it to unravel the first time. Still did it anyways and the curls are flat & Frizzy now.My hair was not done the way I wanted it to look. I will not come back here. Worst experience I ever had."
