"Posting on behalf of my mother who tried lashes for the first time. Did not provide her instructions on how to upkeep lashes (don’t wet them within the first 24 hours), didn’t provide a spool to keep lashes in tact as this is generally provided by techs, tech voiced over the phone either a free threading or discount on lashes would be given due to being a first time customer and neither were provided once she arrived in person. Disappointing experience."

"The young girl cut my skin 2-3 times on the bottom side of both eyebrows. It’s obvious she’s still learning as my eyebrows didnt have the same outcome as usual. Yet- I was still charged $15 for a lousy job. If you’re practicing on someone let them know AND don’t charge them full price for a terrible job."
