"What a disaster! I made my appointment like five times and all of them were either canceled or pushed to a time I couldn’t assist. Dr Miriam is nice but she needs to step it up please put a bilingual receptionist or put her to learn the language we are ok America. The receptionist is very rude. Time to look for a new dentist. Worst experience ever."

"Disaster! Receptionist is extremely rude (only when I spoke spanish was she a bit more accommodating), you are seen late, and facility is not clean. Never would go back."

"Pésimo. A disaster. Firstof all dentist was delayed. The place wasn’t the most hygienic either. Came for a cleaning that was done in 3 minutes. After I asked if that was it cuz I was surprised, the dentist finally pulled what she called “her magic tool” (tool that every dentist uses for cleaning) and almost pulled all my teeth out of my mouth. She was in such a hurry. Got to my car, checked in the mirror and still my teeth were not cleaned properly… sadly a waste of time."

"Wow!!! tried to make an appointment and the woman hung up the phone in me. Called again now speaking Spanish she wanted to take care of me. I told her now that I spoke Spanish she’s nice in all. I asked to speak to a supervisor or boss and she preceded to place me on a hold and hung up on me in total 4 times. This shouldn’t reflect on the Dentist at all because I couldn’t make an appointment to have the Dentist work on me but it shows how rude and unprofessional the receptionist at this establishment is and is not a good look on the practice at all."
