"I had my taxes prepared by Iris on May 2, 2019. She was friendly and prepared my taxes in less than an hour; however, my taxes were incomplete. I gave Iris several weeks to complete the two forms the State advised were missing. I even emailed/text the two forms that needed to be completed and still received no response. I was giving the run around and two months later the forms still have not been completed. When I requested for a refund, I received the response below by text. “ Good morning. I did what i was supposed to do. That's what you paid for. Everything that i gave you is what i have aways sentvto the IRS for my clients. I don't know why the putting you on the run around. But im not doing a refund for doing my job. I gave you every state paper in my computer. Beside the voucher for payment “ I would not recommend going here. Pay more money for professional work and peace of mind. My taxes were rejected and I now will have to pay a tax professional to have my taxes completed correctly. In addition, Iris does this as a second job. The hours are not convenient for a working individual. DO NOT GO HERE!!! You have been warned."
