"This doctor does not deserve any stars, but I have to put one in other to be able to post my comments. I went to have my wisdom tooth extracted and during the procedure i felt like he was rushing and he just wanted to get me out of there as soon as possible, he was making rude and inappropriate comments about my country of origin that made me feel uncomfortable. Once he was done with the extraction he did not put any stitches to close the cavity That was left after he removed the tooth. He also did not explain to me how to take care of the cavity, because as soon as he finished removing my tooth he left the room, he also did not send me enough medication for the pain. Now I have to look for a different dentist to have a second opinion on the procedure I had done because, apparently, since he did not put any stitches when he was done removing my tooth, the bone of my jaw is visible at the bottom.I would not recommend this dentist to anyone."

"Dr. Shaev isn't Mr. Personality but he did a good job with my teeth and he made partial dentures for me that fit perfectly. Sometimes in life it's the people that you don't necessarily like who do the best work. I have more respect for competent people than those who are in it for the "likes"."

"Been here 2 times. The first time the doctor seemed like he was miserable all I was doing was a cleaning. And he just didnt answer any of my 3 questions. And the second time i took half a morning off work to come get my wisdom tooth pulled for me to get here and say they cant do it. I set the appt. Gave my insurance. Wasted time ubering there and she looks me in the face and say. Oh he only takes your insurance for regular procedures not extractions. Total waste of my time, morning, money, and PTO for work. I'm switching doctors soon as possible. Absolutely over it. Update I switched from a 1 star to a 2 star because the actual secretary came in and explained everything the way the first lady should. She even had remorse that I wasted my time, unlike the last lady who was just like welp you wont be seen here ... smh. Still changing dentist though..."

"1st visit with the boys: The doctor just came right in & started examing my boys teeth without any introduction. 2nd visit: My 4yr old was taken back without me because they said no one is allowed during x-rays. Later, he asks "mommy what's his name?". I don't know, ask him. He says" I did, he didn't answer me". While praying before going to bed, my little one mentioned how he didn't like that the Md didn't answer him. The staff was not social either. His assistant didn't introduce herself & looked dirty. I can tell she didn't clean the exam room well. There's just a spirit of unhappiness there. We prayed for them.☺"

"This was the wrost dental place ever i got in the place was dirty smelled very bad then they called me for xrays and then i saw the doctor he was so rude if i got 5mins with him it was alot and for what i got done he didnt even clean my teeth right i still have to try to find another dentist to fix what he didnt finish and then i needed meds and when ask he told me i didnt need it .People please save your time going there its a waste and they dirty and rude ."
