"This is my second time at the salon, both times being serviced by Elianny. First time she gave me a next day appointment and the second time I was able to see her the same day. Elianny is extremely professional, very nice & very attentive. My pedicure was great! Feet were nice and smooth for weeks. I wanted a design with some gold strips which she was able to do. Second visit I was curious about trying SNS powder for the first time, a switch from my usual gel. She provided me with information and I decided to give it a try. Went with a very light pink color and wow, my nails look amazing! Elianny did an amazing job!!"

"I have been searching for a nail salon since I recently moved to the Bronx. My fiancé recommended this location based on the positive reviews. My first visit was definitely a 5 star experience. I loved my nails so much I decided to go back with my mother in law. I called on 2 different occasions and they were booked. Nevertheless I continued trying and booked in advance for the next day for us both. Unfortunately due to a snow storm we ran a little late about 10-15 mins late . When we arrived we were told that only one of us could be taken care of despite the fact that we had appointments for 2 people. I understand that we were late but they did not even try to fit us in for a later time or something. My mother in law got her hair done while they did my nails. I did sns powder and chose a green color. Marisol did my nails and it came out gray due to the fact that the color was not applied enough times twice on one hand and once on the other. I’ve included pictures. You can see right through the color to the nail . Eventually they did my mother in laws nails because it was so dead in there. Overall my second experience was 0 stars . This place needs a better system for handling scheduling for clients. We were here from 12:40 and they next clients came in at 2:17 . I think that was adequate time to get 2 people done. I do not know wether I will return due to this negative experience."

"It was my first time here, service was nice, my appointment with Marisol was at 1 pm, I was able to soak my feet because her earlier appointment ran late. I was offered water by a gentleman(owner?). The place was nice and clean, I don't use razors or blades I only wish she had scrub my feet harder...(for the past 7 years my pedicure technician was a man and he did a fantastic job) trying to find his replacement in the Bronx. I will go back to The Final Touch again."
