"Washed my hair a week ago. I wanted the lady that smiles to do my hair but she wasn’t there not sure what days she is there. Basically I really needed a trim so I said I’ll just do it there since she did my color and wash and set and did a great job (last year feb btw). The lady at the front had the older lady wash my hair and she herself blew dry my hair until it was burnt to a crisp. Even while combing it I had to tell her not to tear through my hair and that she has to comb it from the end to the root.She trimmed too short and uneven. Before I got there my hair was in the middle of my back now its on my shoulder AND uneven. I since then have washed it three times and my hair hasn’t reverted. Its coming out in junks and no matter how much I wash it it still smelled burnt so now Im thinking might have shave my hair off after growing it back for five years (post big chop) because its THAT damage. Find a hairstylist in BK that can properly care for black hair. This pic is while its wet while its dry it is just dropping out and this is just the front I didn’t do the back yet in the picture. Im disappointed because I normally go here even though not regularly but this was the worst experience !!!!!!!!! update: my hair is STILL falling out and hasn't reverted YET. And i refuse to go back because you can't do anything to make it come back so i will NOT go back to your salon. You can tell your customers whatever you want but their hair is permed mines isn't. These people DAMAGED MY HAIR~!!!!!!!"

If anyone has anything negative to say it is because they are false accounts created by other Salons in the area trying to destroy a reputation that has already been established for two decades !!!! "If you want to have your hair burnt, then this is the salon for you. The women there are keen on usibg that blower on high setting and the smoke is nonstopping. Not to mention the scalp burning. My hair did look good but a burnt scalp and hair is not a desire for me as slmeone who does her hair twice a week."

"My hair came out great. I got the blow out but I got burned in some places on my scalp, not enough to cause problems. Also they don't take credit cards, you must have cash. If you don't speak some Spanish you may have a hard time expressing what you want or what they're saying. I would return again because my hair came out great."
