"I've been anxious about dentistry since my late teens, when I endured some rough work, and have been apprehensive to see a dentist since. I've now had my second appointment with Dr. Yusupov and can't endorse him enough! Instead of being afraid to see the dentist, I'm looking forward to it, because I know the procedure will be comfortable, and when its all over I'll have a great smile again. 10/10"

"If I could give this dentist a -0 I would. First time going there, I picked him because he has great reviews. First, he is extremely rude! My insurance has a copay of 30.00 he tried telling me it's 150.00 I pulled up my insurance from app showed its 30.00, then he said you have a 7000 deductible, I said no that is for the entire family mine is 2000.00. He argued with me that it was 7000.00, went to show him he is reading it wrong he walked away from me as if I was trying to get away with something. I am calling my insurance company and reporting him as he is trying to steal money from patients. DO NOT TRUST THIS DENTIST HE DOESN'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT HOW INSURANCE WORKS AND WILL STEAL MONEY FROM YOU! Thankfully, I grabbed my copy of insurance card and ID. Know your insurance and how it works if not this is what happens! *** As to dentist reply....they are trying to say they were trying to make me understand my insurance. Which is incorrect, I understand my insurance 100%. It's is this dentist office that does not understand how insurance works. The dentist himself told me my copay is $150.00 when it is not. Then he did not know the difference between individual deductible and MOOP which is money out of pocket. So, once again your reply insinuates I do not understand my insurance, when it is this office that does not understand. I have reported this office to my insurance company, as they should be aware for others who might not know or understand about their how their health benefits work. ****"

"Admittedly I haven’t been to the dentist in years. Had an issue with a tooth and found Dr. Yusupov through my insurance provider. Called and they were able to get me in the same day. First impression was excellent. The women in the office from the front desk to the assistants were all friendly and greeted me with warm welcome. And Dr. Yusupov was great. I told him my situation and explained I haven’t been to the dentist in years. He didn’t shame me or anything which I expected. He checked my issue, figured out the solution which ended up not being as bad as I anticipated and proceeded with a cleaning as well as discussing next steps to remedy the issue. I will be going back and thanks to the Doctor and his great staff, will definitely be keeping up with regular check ups going forward."
