"I went to the dentist on12/26/23 I was in terrible pain I was the second paitent that signed in the regular dentist dr anktounk was out so there was a female dentist. I didn’t have an appointment. Because it was an emergency. I finally was able to see the dentist despite the rude and incompetent front desk staff the x ray tech had no clue what she was doing babe took a single X-ray and that was it the dentist she never introduced herself walked ins don said u need a cleaning. I said I’m in excruciating pain and she insisted on a cleaning. She needed more X-rays and said no there’s no cavity nothing h need a cleaning. The dental hygienist looked at a X-ray that was printed on black and white printing paper she said I’m Looking at something on the X-ray. She was shaking her head advising me to wait for the more experienced doctors to come in on 12/27/23 I arrived at 9am sharp and left at 1 on with out receiving any service. This dentist she has no clue what she’s doing at all and either shoukd shadow the more experienced dentist but how I was treated and dismissed was completely unacceptable. Every social platform that this dentist is affiliated with I will be leaving a review I’m also contacting my insurance to stop any form of payment to this office because you didn’t do anything."

"My visit was good, but the submission of my Exrays was submitted differently from any other dentist I had service from and I believe that was why some work was not approved. And at this Practice an additional fee is charged for a flexible Denture and most Dentist are not charing an additional $600.00 plus. But it is a convenient location for me, it clean and the Technician that cleaned Mt teeth did an excellent job and she didn't hurt me and she did a deep cleaning."

"I had a bad experience! My first and my last one. They keep me waiting from 11h30 to 3PM and was told I will be referred to a specialist for kids. And when I make my appointment they said they taking kids from 7 and up. Very disappointed"
