"What a nice friendly dental group . Very accommodating, Sabrina was very patient listening to me explain my dental issues. Amber was so sweet explaining how things worked at the office and Rossette explained everything that has to do with insurance, appointments and even the parking situation. Dr Golden was very good explaining and showing me all that has to be done .after searching for a new dental group I think I found my new dental group . Thank you for your services ."

"Look for another dentist, seriously don’t come here. I learned of Dr. Golden from fellow teachers at my school, he was nearby and convenient. However many have left his practice for a variety of reasons. Here are mine: I had a crown placed last year, during the fitting Dr. Golden became annoyed because I said it didn’t feel right. The crown broke in half this past summer, I went in to get it replaced, fit still feels off but finally he makes it fits. Turns out he shaved my tooth and crown down so much I was then left with a huge gap between my teeth. I called the office to fix the issue made an appointment 11/10 only to be called the morning of that the appointment was cancelled. This office aggressively calls you for appointments, no fault on support staff they are doing what they are told to do, but since then no call back. They also are instructed to ask you to leave a review in addition to the robocall surveys. Today during Christmas Day breakfast my replaced crown from last visit that had a huge gap fell out again. Going to just count my losses at this point. Dr. Golden barely grunts a hello, makes you feel uncomfortable when something doesn’t feel right and barely cares if you are in pain. I don’t even think he knows my name after 3 years. I have witnessed him berate and verbally abuse his support staff and dental hygienists. Find another dentist. He will probably respond to this review by belittling me, as I learned in reading previous reviews that is a tactic he uses. I urge any staff that feels verbally abused and bullied by him to quit while you can."

"Don’t call this place with any questions because the lady who answered the phone on 8/29/23 around 9am is very rude. If you’re not a morning or people person just stay home & enjoy your miserable life. We called from our office on speaker and everyone heard her attitude."

"The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable, especially the dental hygienist. And the Doc was awesome. I was so relieved when he told me that he can fix my teeth. Went back again yesterday and 2 different hygienist and doctors this time, and both were awesome."

"My family and I have been coming here for years for the dentist and orthodontist. No complaints ! The hygienist is just wonderful and eases the most nervous child into actually enjoying their trips to the dentist. My daughter always comes out happy. The orthodontist has been wonderful and is so friendly. Another plus is the front staff/ reception . They try their best to be flexible with scheduling, always send text reminders a few times before upcoming appointments and have never been in a grumpy mood. (Rare, I know!) Will continue to use them. Scheduling gets hectic after school hours so try to go during the day, however they keep the visits moving even during busy times."
