"If I could leave zero stars I would. I called the office and Dr. Katzap picked up the phone and I was talking about my issue with my teeth and he kept breaking me off asking if I had it done at the office and I said no and continued telling him about my issue so maybe he could schedule me for an appointment but instead he hung up on the phone on me. When I tried calling back twice he forwarded it to voicemail. Very rude. A dentist like him will get no where. How do you expect to receive new clients if you won't even hear what is bothering them? Aren't you there to treat the patient??"
