"dr sho's assistant is the most incompetent and useless woman! First she calls me yesterday to inform me that i have an appointment for today at 11 a.m. to which I told her that I cannot because I have to work that if it is possible to have my appointment at 9 a.m. and she sayid YES, Today I arrive at dr. Sho’s Office at 8:50 am and it is 10:30 am and he hasnt seen me because she was not able to make my appointment at 9 as she offered me the day before, so why she offered me an appointment at 9 if is not possible?!, I wasted my time due to his incompetence and I couldn't see the dr because I have to go back to work.!"
