"They took me right away as a new patient for a problem tooth. The staff were very pleasant and the dentist was professional and good at explaining the procedure I needed and why. The procedure, although not fun, went fine and I felt like the dentist was very experienced and that I was in good hands. So far my tooth is fine and the crown fits nicely. I would recommend this practice. I liked the family atmosphere."

"If I could give this place a negative start rating I would. Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service, and the surgeon is in once a week so if you experience any complications with any procedure you can’t do anything about it until the surgeons in on Saturday and the rest of the team is no help as well. Genuinely extremely upset with this service as I’ve been in pain for two weeks and could not get in with the surgeon at all."

"This dental practice is absolutely horrible!! I typically don’t write reviews but hopefully people would read before becoming a patient of theirs. My daughter was a orthodontist patient and the office manager kept trying to SCAM me out of money even though I have insurance to cover her services. I had to pay out of pocket until her claims went through and when I contacted my insurance company, they said the office never submitted any insurance claims. The office was trying to make to pay for her braces out of pocket for the whole procedure. Please don’t go to this office if you can avoid it. It may be in Scarsdale but their business practices are horrible and unprofessional!!"

"I've been going for over a year and cannot recommend. Staff is nice but I would have to wait a minimum of 1 hour past my appointment time, and even on some occasions upwards to 2 hours. They've randomly cancelled on me twice and the only dentist that can do braces constantly goes on vacation, and when she is not on vacation, is only present for 2 days of the week. The service is incredibly inconsistent, and would not recommend to anyone, even at their best."
