"Horrible service and communication. They charged our nonprofit $100 for a consultation just to get a quote for services. I had to email and call for 2 weeks to get them to respond. We never received anything for our $100 and they did not refund it. You can do better anywhere else."

"Over the phone consult and the woman I spoke to was very kind and every question I asked she did have an answer but after hiring her , my quarterly taxes , she waited 21 days to pay it after she had access to my bank immediately, and several UNANSWERED phone calls I will never go here again especially at $50 dollars an hour + I gave her 50 dollars over what she was charging so that I could put a little extra quick time to get my business taxes done right away I was already late by a week she made it 3 weeks !!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME !!!"
