"Called a different location and got routed here. An old man with a very strong Louisiana accent answered and was rude from the start. I asked him if the price varied per location and get a "no no no no" talking over me and trying to cut me off. I ask for an estimate and he tells me that they'll provide me with one when I come in. I tell him I'm asking for one now, that's why I'm calling. I'm shopping around and looking for the cheapest price. He tells me if I want cheap and incompetent, then go to Liberty. I laugh in his face, call him the incompetent one who can't even provide me with something as simple as an estimate, and hang up. Godspeed to anyone working at/using this location and dealing with this person"

"Don't go here. I came here seeking help and advice and they just brushed me off without even sitting down with me to review my info and help me. It was 3 employees here at the time and they all brushed me off."

"Every year I do my taxes and I always make sure Von takes care of me because he has been always awesome. This year, sadly, it turned to be a little different. After reviewing everything, I stopped for a moment to think and Von saw me with an unpleasant face, then he sort of pressured me to sign twice when I clearly told him to wait for a minute. Then I told Von to not submit my taxes, that I was thinking what to do. He clearly got mad and was not comprehensive at all. He looked at me and said: "I understand if you want to make it somewhere else but don't come here and waste people's time" (we took 20 minutes, roughly). I told him that I might come back and he told me to no come back or to do it myself for free. I got very disappointed after this because I have been doing my taxes with HR Block every year, especially with him but he did not care at all this time. I also think that I am not wasting anybody's time given that everyone in there is getting paid for offering their services to me. H&R Block might have lost a customer as I am going to follow Von's advice to not come back."

"I went to this HR Block site to fix my tax returns for 2018. During that year, I lived in NJ & NC, and worked in NYC & NC. The man I worked with said everything was fixed, but then NY came after me for $300 more. Obviously, not everything was fixed."

"This year was challenging using H&R Block and I been using them for a number of years and never had a problem, this year there was but it was fixed. H&R Block helped me on the last day due to a problem on my end. They got the job and I do recommend them."
