I think what I like most is how they explain every single thing to you, and if you don't understand, they will show you and explain again so you don't leave confused. They are very patient and understanding. My 8 year old got the phase one braces, and they did a great job. The girl talked to my daughter through each step, and always made sure she was comfortable.
